Set on the banks of the Madawaska River, these modern, 3 bedroom, cottages offer a relaxing setting for a family vacation.

These units feature two to four bedrooms, private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen facilities and bed linens. Additionally, satellite television, gas barbecues, campfire pits and picnic facilities are offered. Some units have fireplaces available. An indoor swimming pool, exercise facility, laundry facilities and a beach are also available for guest use. Boat rentals, snowmobile trails and other recreation activities are also available.
Two and three-bedroom units are available, with amenities including private bathrooms, hot and cold water, kitchen facilities and gas barbecues. Each unit features its own dock and beach. Boats are available for rent and fishing is accessible nearby.
On a private bay at Negeek Lake, Stan's cottages rents eight lakefront cabins. All the cottages were built in 2000 and are on treed lots.

In addition, white water rafting is nearby, along with golf and horseback riding. In terms of accommodation, the resort offers a wide range of RV and tent pads, plus lakefront cottages.
